The material: 100% natural rubber

Our unique manufacturing process
The reliability and durability of an air cushion is determined by the seams. That is why we rely on a complex process that we invented more than 30 years ago and which is still valid today.
High-tech production process: We have further optimised the manufacturing process with our new immersion and drying plant, which was built in 2023.
Careful resting periods: Our manufacturing process takes a full five days to give the natural rubber the time it needs to form an optimal structure.
Manufacturing quality: Each cushion is carefully manufactured by our production team and individually tested for pressure stability.
